PC 沙伯基礎(chǔ) FXG121R PC塑料
聚碳酸酯(簡(jiǎn)稱PC)是分子鏈中含有碳酸酯基的高分子聚合物,根據(jù)酯基的結(jié)構(gòu)可分為脂肪族、芳香族、脂肪族-芳香族等多種類型。其中由于脂肪族和脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯的機(jī)械性能較低,從而限制了其在工程塑料方面的應(yīng)用。目前僅有芳香族聚碳酸酯獲得了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。由于聚碳酸酯結(jié)構(gòu)上的特殊性,現(xiàn)已成為五大工程塑料中增長(zhǎng)速度快的通用工程塑料。
化學(xué)性能
聚碳酸酯(PC)是碳酸的聚酯類,碳酸本身并不穩(wěn)定,但其衍生物(如光 氣,尿素,碳酸鹽,碳酸酯)都有一定穩(wěn)定性。按醇結(jié)構(gòu)的不同,可將聚碳酸酯分成脂族和芳族兩類。
脂族聚碳酸酯。如聚亞乙基碳酸酯,聚三亞甲基碳酸酯及其共聚物,熔點(diǎn)和玻璃化溫度低,強(qiáng)度差,不能用作結(jié)構(gòu)材料;但利用其生物相容性和生物可降解的特性,可在緩釋放載體,手術(shù)縫合線,骨骼支撐材料等方面獲得應(yīng)用。
聚碳酸酯耐弱酸,耐弱堿,耐中性油。
聚碳酸酯不耐紫外光,不耐強(qiáng)堿。
PC是一種線型碳酸聚酯,分子中碳酸基團(tuán)與另一些基團(tuán)交替排列,這些基團(tuán)可以是芳香族,可以是脂肪族,也可兩者皆有。雙酚A型PC是重要的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品。
PC是幾乎無色的玻璃態(tài)的無定形聚合物,有很好的光學(xué)性。PC高分子量樹脂有很高的韌性,懸臂梁缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度為600~900J/m,未填充牌號(hào)的熱變形溫度大約為130°C ,玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)后可使這個(gè)數(shù)值增加10°C。PC的彎曲模量可達(dá)2400MPa以上,樹脂可加工制成大的剛性制品。低于100°C 時(shí),在負(fù)載下的蠕變率很低。PC耐水解性差,不能用于重復(fù)經(jīng)受高壓蒸汽的制品。
PC主要性能缺陷是耐水解穩(wěn)定性不夠高,對(duì)缺口敏感,耐有機(jī)化學(xué)品性,耐刮痕性較差,長(zhǎng)期暴露于紫外線中會(huì)發(fā)黃。和其他樹脂一樣,PC容易受某些有機(jī)溶劑的浸濁。
PC材料具有阻燃性,。抗氧化性。
物理性能
密度:1.18-1.22 g/cm^3 線膨脹率:3.8×10^-5 cm/°C 熱變形溫度:135°C 低溫-45°C
聚碳酸酯無色透明,耐熱,抗沖擊,阻燃BI級(jí),在普通使用溫度內(nèi)都有良好的機(jī)械性能。同性能接近聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相比,聚碳酸酯的耐沖擊性能好,折射率高,加工性能好,不需要添加劑就具有UL94 V-0級(jí)阻燃性能。但是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相對(duì)聚碳酸酯較低,并可通過本體聚合的生產(chǎn)大型的器件。
聚碳酸酯的性差。一些用于易磨損用途的聚碳酸酯器件需要對(duì)表面進(jìn)行特殊處理。

b、耐熱老化性:增強(qiáng)后的UL溫度指數(shù)達(dá)120~140℃(戶外長(zhǎng)期老化性也很好);
c、耐溶劑性:無應(yīng)力開裂;
d、對(duì)水穩(wěn)定性:高溫下遇水易分解(高溫高濕環(huán)境下使用需謹(jǐn)慎);
e、電氣性能:
1、絕緣性能:優(yōu)良(潮濕、高溫也能保持電,是制造電子、電氣零件的理想材料);
2、介電系數(shù):3.0-3.2;
3、耐電弧性:120s;
f、成型加工性:普通設(shè)備注塑或擠塑。

由于制造聚碳酸酯中需要添加雙酚A,而雙酚A作為一種化工原料,2008年4月18日已經(jīng)被聯(lián)邦政府正式認(rèn)定為有毒物質(zhì),并嚴(yán)禁在食品包裝中添加,所以,聚碳酸酯的安全性是值得注意的問題。歐盟認(rèn)為含雙酚A奶瓶會(huì)誘發(fā),從2011年3月2日起,禁止含生產(chǎn)化學(xué)物質(zhì)雙酚A(BPA)的*奶瓶。中國(guó)衛(wèi)生部等部門發(fā)布公告稱,2011年9月1日起禁止和銷售聚碳酸酯嬰 幼 兒奶瓶和其他含雙酚A的嬰幼兒奶瓶,由生產(chǎn)企業(yè)或商負(fù)責(zé)召回。
