HDPE特性與應(yīng)用高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）呈乳白色半透明的臘狀固體，HDPE支鏈化程度最小，分子能緊密的堆砌，故密度大，結(jié)晶度高。HDPE有較高的耐溫、耐油性、耐蒸汽滲透性及抗環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂性，電絕緣性、抗沖擊性及耐寒性都很好。HDPE在強度和老化性能優(yōu)于PP，工作溫度比PVC、LDPE高。HDPE吸水性極微小，無毒，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性 ，薄膜對水蒸汽、空氣的滲透性小。高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)主要用途分為：（1） 注塑制品：有周轉(zhuǎn)箱、瓶蓋、桶類、帽、食品容器、盤、垃圾箱、盒，以及塑料花。（2） 吹塑制品：中空成型制品，如各種系列吹塑桶、容器、瓶類、盛放清潔劑、化學(xué)品、化妝品等，汽油箱、日用品等。還有吹膜制品如食品包裝袋，雜品購物袋，化肥內(nèi)襯薄膜等。（3） 擠塑制品：管材、管件主要用在煤氣輸送，公共用水和化學(xué)品輸送，如建材排水管、煤氣管、熱水管等；片材主要用于座椅、手提箱、搬運容器等。（4） 旋轉(zhuǎn)成型：注塑制品如大型容器、儲藏罐、桶、箱等。HDPE適合熱塑性成型加工的各種成型工藝，成型加工性好，如注塑、擠塑、吹塑、旋轉(zhuǎn)成型、涂覆、發(fā)泡工藝、熱成型、熱封焊、熱焊接等。

成型條件與注意事項1. 高密度PE料有明顯的結(jié)晶化溫度， 增大射出速度。2. 對厚壁制品而言，增快射出速度尤為重要：可改良制品的表面光澤、防止翹曲、減少成型收縮率等。3. 注塑機：料管溫度180~250度、射嘴190度、 段180~250度、 段180~230度、第三段為180~190度、第四段為160~170度、模溫50~70度、成形收縮率1.5~5%。螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速140rpm、背壓15KG。射出壓力500~1500KG/平方。4. 擠塑機溫度設(shè)定：射嘴210~265度、前段200~255度、中段200~250度、后段190~240度；螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速110~140rpm、模具溫度45~50度、背壓150~250KG/平方。塑化溫度為170~240度、薄膜的吹脹比通常為3~5，熔體要離開機頭2~5倍于口模直徑后吹脹，擠塑機螺桿長徑比可選用18:1~20:1乃至28:1，機頭以采用螺旋式為好。
